Use of the service

XPOZ is provided for informational and diagnostic use on networks you own or are authorised to test. Do not use it to probe, scan or investigate networks without permission.

Accuracy

Network metadata and geolocation are approximate and derived from third-party registry and routing data. They may be incomplete or out of date, and should not be relied upon as an authoritative record of location or identity.

Security Tools and Scan Results

XPOZ provides automated Internet exposure, network, privacy and security-related tools for informational purposes only. These tools perform limited technical checks and do not constitute a penetration test, vulnerability assessment, security audit, compliance assessment, certification, or guarantee of security.

Scan results reflect only the conditions observed by XPOZ at the time of the test and only for the specific checks performed. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or affected by firewalls, network configuration, service-provider behavior, routing, filtering, proxies, privacy services, or other technical factors. XPOZ may fail to detect an existing exposure, and a service that is not detected as open may still be reachable through other ports, protocols, interfaces, devices, applications, or attack paths.

A Low exposure rating, the absence of detected open services, or any other favorable result must not be interpreted as a representation, warranty, certification, or assurance that a device, network, account, application, or system is secure or free from vulnerabilities.

By initiating a scan, you authorize XPOZ to send limited connection attempts and related diagnostic requests to the public IP address associated with your current Internet connection. You agree to use the service only on connections and systems for which you have the legal authority to perform such testing.

XPOZ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XPOZ disclaims warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or security of the service or its results, and shall not be liable for losses, damages, security incidents, data loss, business interruption, or other consequences arising from reliance on the service or its results.

Availability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Features may change or be withdrawn, and availability is not guaranteed.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XPOZ is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information presented by the service.
